for Western Union® Payments:
A Western Union® Quick Collect® transaction costs $12.95.
You can send your payment through the Western Union Quick Collect service by visiting
one of Western Union’s 29,000 U.S. Agent locations.
Be sure to bring your debit card or cash equal to the amount to be paid on the bill, along with the
$12.95 fee, and complete the blue “To Send a Quick Collect Payment” form with your
name, code city, and your account number. Hand the form to the clerk at the Agent
location, and your payment will be sent to our office within minutes. It is easy
and you can be assured your payment will arrive quickly, safely, and hassle-free.

Attention: (Your Account Number)
2. Find the nearest Western Union Location using the link at the bottom of this
page.
3. Be sure to call 1(800) 995-0591 ext. 6001 with the
Money Transfer Control # given to
you by the Western Union representative.
