Paying Off Your Loan

If your monthly payments are currently being paid by military allotment or (civilian) bank draft please cancel it prior to paying off your loan.  Should any additional payments post after you make your payoff, a refund will be processed 30 days after the last payment is posted.

If you wish to pay off your loan via electronic means and obtain your 30-day payoff quote, please visit Customer Login for instructions.

If you pay off your loan by personal check, please make check payable to Security National Automotive.

Please include your account number on the front of the check.  If you want your title mailed to a different address, please include instructions with the payoff check including the address you want your title mailed to.

Any figure used other than the 30-day payoff quote may not pay off your loan in full and may result in a delay in receiving your title or lien release.

If the payoff is made by guaranteed funds, the vehicle’s title or lien release will be sent within five (5) business days.  Examples of guaranteed funds include:  Cashiers Check, Western Union and Money Gram.

If personal funds are received, title or lien release will be mailed 30 days after payoff is credited to your account.

To ensure timely release, send the check in enough time to be received by the payoff expiration date.
