Increasing Your Monthly Payment Amount


If you wish to increase the amount of your existing electronic ACH (civilian) or military allotment,  please take note of the following information:

  • At the time of your loan origination, you signed a Payment Authorization form which authorizes Security National Automotive to receive a specific payment amount each month which is forwarded by your bank or military finance office. 

  • Once your bank or military finance office releases your payment, it is sent to First Citizens Bank; who in turn sends it to Security National for posting to your account.

  • In order to increase your monthly payment amount you must sign a new Payment Authorization form, which you obtain from Security National. Click on this link to view and print the Authorization form:authorization.pdf. Once the form is completely filled out you must sign it and fax it back to Security National Automotive at 513-459-6497 or mail it to :

  • If you make a change to your payment amount at your local bank or military finance office without having an updated Payment Authorization form and new monthly payment amount on file at First Citizens Bank, your additional funds cannot be forwarded to Security National and will remain at First Citizens Bank.

  • Verbal or written authorization from you to First Citizens Bank to release the additional funds in lieu of having a Payment Authorization form cannot be accepted.
