Dealer Development Representative
We are looking for an aggressive new business development representative who can service existing accounts and initiate new relationships with auto dealers in markets nationwide for our automotive loan and financial service products.
The initial working assignment will consist of a working in an inside
Dealer Service Representative / Credit Position reviewing loan applications for approval, while proactively calling dealers to generate business.
A successful Dealer Services Representative will transition into a Dealer Development Representative
position with assigned markets nationwide to prospect, develop and service auto dealership accounts. A
Dealer Development Representative must be a high energy, self-driven individual with a desire to earn lucrative commissions.
A Dealer Development Representative must be willing and able to travel overnight approximately 8 nights / 10 business days per month.
In addition, a Dealer Development
Representative will work approximately 2 late evenings a month and
1 Saturday a month.

Job Requirements

Basic requirements are professionalism, enthusiasm and persuasiveness

Highly effective interpersonal communication skills
·
Ability to understand and communicate auto finance programs
·
Ability to provide succinct and informative weekly market reports
·
Ability to effectively use contact management software.
Educational / Work Experience Requirements
·
An Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years of experience in a direct contact/development role in the automotive industry.
·
Prior sales experience retail / telephone / business to business
·
Possess intermediate or better skills with Microsoft WORD, EXCEL and POWERPOINT.
