If you would like to file a dispute regarding the information submitted by Security National Automotive Acceptance Corp. to any or all credit reporting agencies, please submit your formal dispute, in writing, to the following address:

Please be sure to include the following information, if applicable, with your original complaint. An investigation will not take place unless we receive all relevant information regarding the dispute.
- Your full name, address and phone number
- Your account number or social security number (for account identification purposes)
- An explanation of the basis for the dispute, including specific details of the complaint.
- All supporting documentation required to substantiate the complaint (i.e., copy of the credit report which shows inaccurate information or proof that the information is inaccurate).
Upon receipt of the above-mentioned information, Security National will conduct a reasonable investigation and submit a formal response, in writing, to the address provided on the original complaint. If an error exists, Security National will promptly submit the necessary correction to the credit reporting agencies.
Security National will not complete an investigation on a dispute that is sent on behalf of a customer (i.e., from a credit repair agency) or a dispute that is substantially similar to a dispute previously received directly from a customer.
