Our company SNAAC is continuously growing and has been providing outstanding service to our
customers for the last 25 years. As one of the fastest growing companies in Cincinnati, we
are looking for top notch people to join our Collections team.
Our SNAAC team is in need of Collectors to handle our exciting growth. The
Collector leads the efforts to collect payment on assigned delinquent accounts
by reviewing documentation, contacting customers/clients by telephone or written
correspondence. The collector also arrangs repayment schedules in order to minimize
loss to the organization.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience in collections and/or customer service activities
• Good knowledge of loan collection policies & procedures, fair debt collection practices and related laws.
• Excellent typing and computer skills are required MUST type at least 25 wpm
• Polite, courteous and clear telephone communications will help you to be successful.
SCHEDULE REQUIRED:
Monday – Friday
3 days per week - 8am-5pm shift
2 days per week - 11am-8pm shift
Saturday
Every other Saturday – 12pm-5pm

PAY:
We offer competitive base pay starting at $12-$13 per hour along with a GREAT incentive plan that can increase high performer’s compensation up to $1,500 per month. Our top performers earns on average an extra $10,000 annually.
